Pankaj K. Gupta has over 29 years industry experience, including working in leadership positions in Trane (Dubai and India), Ingersoll Rand (India), including Country Head, and as Managing Director of the India office of the Canadian company Energy Advantage Inc., He is also the Secretary of Environment NGO SPHEEHA (Society for Preservation of a Healthy Environment, Ecology and Heritage of Agra). Pankaj is a National level Technical Committee member of UVGI (Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiance) group of ISHRAE (Indian Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers) which helps in drafting  technical guidelines and contribute for technology that serves the need of Built Environment and System related to Building Services. Pankaj was also advisor for PFC (Power Finance Corporation) Consulting Ltd. Pankaj started his career as a Management Trainee with Voltas Ltd., Mumbai, in 1991. In 2014, Pankaj K. Gupta founded Zero Square Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which provided expert design and build services for air conditioning systems and roof-top solar systems. Pankaj has a Masters in Energy and Environmental Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Delhi); a Bachelor of Engineering from MITS (Jiwaji University, Gwalior); and a Diploma in Marketing Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
