As a Corporate Leader, I have worked and lead companies like Voltas Ltd. (for 4 years) and Trane (for 15 years). In that long span, I have worked in various domains like design, sales, marketing, project fulfillment and service. I have worked for 4 Years with a Canadian Energy Consulting Company Energy Advantage Inc. and for 10 years as CEO/ Entrepreneur of Zero Square Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for design and build of HVAC & R systems.
As Strategic Advisor, I have worked with 10 plus companies, including Ensavior Technologies and Two Point O Capital for enabling them to enhance their go to market strategies, HVAC system design advisory, project fulfillment advisory and strategic outlook for entering new business opportunities.

- Led Trane India team for Clinton Climate Initiative (CCI) and worked with various municipalities of major cities of India towards developing Green House Gas Emission Reduction Initiative.
- Was Key member of Trane India team who won “Emerging Company of the Year” Award under Energy Management Services by Frost and Sullivan
- Spearheaded Trane to get ESCO Grade 1 Company in Bureau of Energy Efficiency.
- Won the “Inspiring Innovation” contest of Ingersoll-Rand.
- Awarded Best Controls Business Performance award of Trane in years 2001, 2004, 2006 in the MAIR (Middle-East, Africa and India) region.
